Dressage for Every Horse and Rider

Ride in small groups and learn how dressage school movements and exercises benefit you and your horse;

from trail riding to top competitions. These school figures

are meant to gymnastisize the horse and make them supple and responsive.

Rider Fee

$85 ~ single day $150 ~ ride both days
Limited Overnight Stalls ~ Reserve early. Lunch provided for clinic participants only.
Auditor Fee ~ $20 single day ~ $30 for both days

Spend a weekend improving your horsemanship!

Janice Behrik is the owner/instructor of Stone Ridge Farm in Cabot, PA. She is trained in Dressage instruction by the USDF Instructors Programs. She has trained horses and riders in local, regional and national competitions in all disciplines and breeds. She also is a judge for schooling shows throughout Central and Western PA.

2010 Equine Education Series at Rising Ranch

Moving On & Moving Forward Clinic ~ Saturday, May 8 ~ 10-4 ~ $75
This clinic is for seasoned riders that want to broaden their horsemanship skills and further their horses training in some sort of way. We will refine and add more purpose to what you already have going and give you new skills to take home and build upon.

First Steps Foundation Clinic ~ Sat June 12, 10-4 & Sun June 13, 9-3 ~ $170
Two days dedicated to starting and making a great horse or helping the troubled horse. We will lay a solid foundation with the horsemanship essentials of respect, trust, and communication.

Cream of the Crop Teen Clinic ~ Saturday, July 17 ~ 10-4 ~ $75
For teen riders that want to excel with their horses and learn everything they can about good horsemanship practices. We will dive deep into the hows and whys and have a good time learning about serious horse stuff and riding.

Trail & Obstacle Clinic ~ Saturday, August 14 ~ 10-4:30 ~ $85
Introduce and/or refine your horses versatility and maneuverability for safe enjoyable trail riding or competition obstacle courses. You will build your horses confidence through many elements introduced in the arenas, an open obstacle course and wooded areas.

Health Fair & Clinic ~ Saturday, September 18 ~ 10-4
Admission ~ Adults $10 ~ Children under 18 $6 ~ Children under 5 are Free
A special day all about the health and well being of our horses. Live demonstrations and lectures from local equine professionals. Check back for the line up of presentations and full details. Concessions will be available, door prizes and much more.

Clayton Lee will be taking three people and their horse that needs help accepting some type of routine care procedure for a one-hour group lesson. The cost is $40 and please call the ranch if you are interested in participating.
