MAY  2009 GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING

Crooked Creek Horse Park
Friday May 8th - 6:30 PM till ?

In lieu of our regularly scheduled Thursday meeting, May's meeting will be a work session

to prepare for our Horseman's Open Obstacle Challenge to be held on Saturday, May 9, 2009.

Be sure to bring a snack or grab something beforehand since the kitchen will not be open.

Don't worry if you can't make it at exactly 6:30 - come when you can .

Lots of last minute details to tend to: set up of the course, trial run of the course,

organizing our volunteers for the event, set up of the registration area, test of the loudspeaker

system and lots more. No need to bring anything other than yourself! Please plan on volunteering

to make this a showcase event!

Don't forget volunteers will earn PNHA Easy Bucks!!!!
