Centered Riding Lessons

"Riding from Within" with Kim Seng

Kim Seng travels throughout Ohio and neighboring states teaching Centered Riding to all disciplines of riders. In addition to being a certified instructor, Kim draws

experience from over 30 years of involvement with horses. She is a guide into the horses’ world from the inside out providing insights into how you can improve your communication skills and enhance willingness with your horse. Kim uses Centered Riding techniques to teach the classical principles of riding using body awareness, centering and imagery through mounted and un-mounted exercises. Riders will learn about anatomy and function, how the human body works and interfaces with our horses' movement and balance. Centered Riding helps you become more aware of inner balance, which allows for greater feel of security, control and building confidence with riding. Together the horse and rider will respond with increased balance, poise and freedom of movement

Centered Riding is an internationally recognized method of teaching Classical Principles of Riding to all disciplines and levels of experience.

Eran is a USEA member. She is currently teaching students Intro through First Level Dressage and Schooling horses through Second Level; her specialty is Eventing. Her lesson programs are designed to fit your learning ability and help you progress quickly and safely through the levels.
