In Hand Obstacle - Mounted Obstacle

This event is a competition intended to demonstrate the relationship of a sensible, well mannered, free and easy moving horse and exhibitor through obstacles, providing correctness is not sacrificed. In all phases of the event, credit will be given to horses showing correctness of gait, obedience, willingness, expression, efficiency, and confidence.

Exhibitors may enter any one or both of the 2 Obstacle Challenges. The same exhibitor may enter multiple horses in any one or both Obstacle Challenges but may not complete an Obstacle Challenge more than once with the same horse. Horses may be entered with multiple exhibitors.

Place: Crooked Creek Horse Park - Ford City, PA

Time: In Hand Obstacle Challenge begins at 9AM

in the upper ring.

Mounted Obstacle Challenge begins at 9 AM

in the main arena .

Exhibitors will be permitted to walk through each Challenge 15 mins. prior to the start of that Challenge (no horses)

Reagan Lee – In Hand Challenge

Entry fees: $25 per Obstacle Challenge

* Additional ground fee of $10 per horse tied or $20 per horse stalled (no bedding)

Divisions: All Obstacle Challenges will have the following divisions to be determined by the exhibitor: (refer to specific Obstacle Challenge requirements to make determination)

• Beginner - 1^stPlace Ribbon + Prize, 2^nd– 5^thPlaces Ribbons

• Intermediate –1^stPlace Ribbon + Prize, 2^nd-5^thPlaces Ribbons

• Advanced –1^st-3^rdPlaces cash payback, 4^th-5^thRibbons

• Cash prize for Overall Combined High Score.

• No age restrictions apply for Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced

divisions.

• Cash Payback and prizes must have a minimum of 5 entrants.
